Our Ongoing Cleaning Commitment
Our staff have enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency with the recommended cleaning agents. We encourage all guests that are feeling unwell, fever, cough or flu like symptoms to wear a facemask when in our reception, talking to our staff or moving through common areas.
Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at Reception and main accommodation building entrances, and at our front desk.
• In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. Removing pens and paper, from our rooms. Guest compendiums contain information in plastic sleeves for easy cleaning and offering a digital guest directory (see QR code in compendiums).
