Notice of Works
Manera Heights Apartments will be undertaking renovations and repairs primarily to the exterior of the property between the 9th of October to the 17th of November 2024. During this period there will be scaffolding and sections of the exterior building. The works will be restricted to the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm to and Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
The work will be done in stages, with different sections of the property impacted by noise at different times. We will do our best to minimise disruptions to our services and facilities during this period. Please contact us directly for more information.
